  • Subcontractors - We only use qualified and licensed subcontractors who deliver quality workmanship.

Timing

  • We guarantee to supply indicative starting and completion dates and to keep you updated on schedules as the work progresses.

Invoicing

  • Transparent Invoicing – You’ll receive clear, itemised invoices showing exactly what’s been completed and what materials were used.

  • Payment Stage Verification – An invoice will only be issued when the work has been completed or materials are on-site, as specified in the schedule.

Final Touches

We’re still here for you—long after handover.
